What is your fee?

We charge a $75 diagnostic fee for the first appliance and $25 for each additional one.

Refrigerators, Stoves, Oven's, Microwaves, Dishwashers, Washer, and Dryers

What is the process?

Give us a call or fill out an online request. We will review your Model and problem description to get a basic understanding of your issue. With that we can set up an appointment to come out and diagnose.

How will the repair go?

A technician will come to your home and greet you with a smile. After being directed the appliance it will take 15-60 minutes to diagnose your issue.

Once diagnosed a technician will provide you with a quote for the repair and any potential issues that may be encounter during the repair.

If it is determined to be an issue that we can not repair, there is no charge.

If the replacement cost for the unit isn't too far away from the repair cost we will let you know and offer installation and removal of the appliance you would like to replace.
